REGISTRATION FOR THE 2019 EDITION OF THE SUPERENDURO GOES LIVE

Starting on 20 February at 10.00 am, you’ll be able to enter the events of the most highly anticipated Italian Enduro Series online.

After the announcement of the 2019 Superenduro calendar – four rounds in total: Pietra Ligure, Punta Ala, Lerici and Abetone – everything is set for the opening of the registration for both mtb and e-bike races.

The ‘Enter’ button on superenduromtb.com website will go live on 20 February at 10.00 o’clock: from there you’ll be directly linked to the page of each round on the endu.net portal and you’ll be able to enter the events.

As for the past season, you will be able to enter the whole Series at once, saving time and money; otherwise, you’ll just need to secure yourself a place in a race one round at a time on the same conditions as per last year.

The only difference concerns a discount offered to all women’s categories – whose participation’s figures keep seriously growing, year after year: they will be able to enjoy a price reduction at every single round, entering online or on-site.

On top of that, the 2019 season will be marked by other important changes.

After the introduction of the Cycling Federation’s categories in 2018, a change that has given to new athletes, especially in the amateurs’ categories, the chance of claiming their share on the main stage, it is time to modify again the rules introducing a change that has already sparked some intense debate, not only in Italy.

Starting with the 2019 season Superenduro is going to completely change the way open practice will be managed: from now on, participants will only be able to ride the race track on Saturday, the day before race day.
This is a big change and brings a proper revolution in the way riders and teams will need to face every single race and the entire season altogether. However, we strongly believe that this change will increase the level of participation and the quality of the spectacle” Enrico Guala, Superenduro, declares.
Further details about this change will be made available soon, in a specific press release.

It is now just a matter of waiting for the opening of the registration, keeping in mind that two of the four rounds, Pietra Ligure and Abetone, will be valid as EWS Qualifier events. At these events, all ESO (Enduro Sport Organization) members will be able to gain points in the EWS Global Ranking and increase their chance to represent their country at the Trophy of Nations, in Finale Ligure.
