Registration and Membership Procedure

To carry out your registration you must sign up to the superenduromtb.com website through the appropriate form at the link: http://www.superenduromtb.com/en/registrazione-superenduro/.
Once you are registered you will be given your own unique personal code to identify you, as well as a username and password to access the area reserved to participants.
From the reserved area it is then possible to enter more than one participant at a time and to more than one stage at a time, but it is necessary to know the personal codes of all the participants one wishes to sign up at the time of registration.
In case you wish to race with your team or your friends, we advise you to sign up everyone at the same time in a consecutive manner, keeping in mind that the order you enter them reflects the order of departure at the start point (see paragraph 7 of Rules).
By signing up online before and not later than 8.00 P.M. on the Thursday preceding the race weekend, the fee is 50 euro for PRO races and 35 eur for EXPERIENCE races (35/30euro for the Promo Sport, 30/20euro for SE1 age 15-16 and free for Beginner age 13-14 categories).
After this date, entering will only be possible at the reception on Saturday or Sunday, the fee being increased by 5 euros.
Signing up will be considered valid only if payment of the registration fee will have been successful. Payment of the registration fee will be confirmed by email to the address you will have submitted during compilation of the form.
The registration fee paid on superenduromtb.com is not refundable.
As further guarantee and for good measure, it is advised you have the receipt of your payment of the registration fee at your disposal on the weekend of the races at the moment of membership card verification.

Those who register third parties do so as appointees and thus assume complete responsibility as such, including permission for the treatment of personal details for privacy purposes. The appointee relieves Superenduro A.s.d. from such burden and will act as guarantor towards Superenduro A.s.d. for issues regarding said responsibility, complaints, or any ensuing legal action against Superenduro A.s.d. on the part of the delegator.
Individuals who register are responsible for themselves and all the people registered by them regarding eligibility for participation and its every consequence, and permanently renounce, release, and exonerate the organizers of the event, the sponsors, the promoters, Superenduro A.s.d. and all the people in any manner associated with the event, from any responsibility, complaints, legal actions and compensation claims against them as a result of damages in any way connected to participation in the event.

Instructions for access to the Restricted Area and Race Registration

Once you have logged in using your email and password you will access a page showing a record of your activity, a summary of all your operations, and a horizontal menu to access the various sections:
Edit Password
In this section it will be possible to modify your password.
Edit Personal Info
In this section it will be possible to modify your home address and sports information, such as type of membership card, sports club, bike brand and bike model.
Race Calendar
This is the section predisposed for the purchase of subscriptions to planned races.
To sign up it is necessary you select the races you want to participate in and click the Register button. Then choose the number of participants you want to register to the races and insert the Superenduro personal codes for each participant (provided on registration to the website) in the order one wishes them to depart at the starting point. By pressing the check submitted details button it will be possible to see an overview of the operation and proceed with the payment.

Online payment

Payment for your registration fee must take place at the same time you sign up for the race, through PayPal service. No other methods of payment will be accepted.
For every transaction, PayPal charges a commission of about 3.4% of the total sum. The actual cost for each PRO subscription will be 36,5 Euro (31 Euro for Sprint race) for Promo Sport and 52 Euro (36,5 Euros for Sprint race) for all other categories.
Payment by Credit Card
In order to pay by credit card it is not necessary to sign up to PayPal.
Once you have completed the registration and clicked on the Pay button, the PayPal page will appear. Now choose the option Payment by Credit Card. Insert the requested details in the appropriate section.
Accepted methods of payment are: MasterCard, PayPal prepaid Card, Postepay, American Express or Carta Aura.
Payment by Bank Transfer
To pay by way of bank transfer it is necessary to sign up to PayPal (www.paypal.com), and link your bank account or credit card.
Once you have activated your PayPal account you can proceed with the registration. After pressing the Pay button you will be directed to the PayPal page where you will be requested to insert your access details and follow the instructions for payment in order to complete the registration.
