Enduro mountain bike Trophy of the Nations
The EMTN is one of the most important Enduro event on the globe, gathering the best enduro riders from all over the world in a 2day challenge, raced both for the overall title and the Nation title, in teams of 3 riders.

In 2011, for the first time in the history of this event, the E-MTN leaves France and takes place with a single race in Sauze d’Oulx, Italy with Superenduro race format.

In 2012, at its 5th edition, the E-MTN takes place in two locations: Sauze d’Oulx and Valloire in which are held two rounds of Superenduro + Enduro Series. The sum of the points assigned in those races, that have a separate classification, crowns the winning Team of the 2012 EMTN.

For 2013, with the birth of the Enduro World Series, the Enduro Trophy of the Nations will be part of this new international race circuit and will take place th 24th/25th of August in Val d’Isere France.

Yesterday in Sauze d’Oulx a high level competition took place and once again the Superenduro makes it step in the history of World Enduro biking.
A tough race for more than 300 bikers, who not only competed on 7 special stages of the 4th PRO race of the Superenduro powered by SRAM circuit, but also took part at the Vibram Enduro MTB Trophy of the Nations, for the first time organized outside the French borders.
“Choosing Italy as the first foreign country to host the EMTN was a natural solution” says Fred Glo, the inventor of this format and the French Enduro Series, “After France, Italy is the country that believes more in enduro and after 4 years of Superenduro we realized that the Italian organizers were the only ones we could pass the baton to”. Today, Saturday, August 6 started the long weekend of the forth PRO race of the Superenduro powered by Sram circuit, which will have its peak tomorrow with the mass start of the Vibram Enduro Trophy of Nations from Rocce Nere above 2000 meters.
