COURSE DESCRIPTION
The whole race course runs on dirt roads and single trails. We start from PuntAla Camp & Resort (paddock and race village) and immediately enter the woods. The land is characterized by compact soil, with roots and rocky sections. You will have the opportunity to enjoy amazing wide views of the coast and the modern Marina di Scarlino, as well as paths in the oaks and cork trees forests. The small medieval village of Scarlino, whose castle will be the backdrop for feed zone and time control, adds cultural value to the event.
The race course for the youth categories (13-16 years old) will run on the first two Stages: Le Api and Guardian.
The race route Ebike will be the same as the mountain bike race.

TRAINING
The Practice will take place only on Saturday 18th May.
Starting from Friday 10th May (announcement of the race course) only track walk is allowed.
The use of shuttle service or private shuttling is not allowed, all liaisons will be pedaled.
Rider that are registered to the MTB race are not allowed to use Ebike during practice (the penalty is disqualification).

HOW TO GET THERE
By car
At the end of highway A12 Genova-Rosignano in south direction, follow Aurelia (SS1) road untill Follonica Nord exit; follow the indication for Punta Ala until the intersection for PuntAla Camp & Resort.
By plane
Galileo Galilei Pisa International Airport; private transfer service with MTB on board (by reservation, every day at 15:00) to the PuntAla Camp & Resort.
Alternatively, taxi or train + bus / taxi to PuntAla Camp & Resort
By train
From Firenze SMN railway station every hour a regionl train leaves for Follonica or Grosseto. Than bus/taxi until PuntAla Camp & Resort.
